After the new graduate training, we will confirm your intention after seeing the flow of all departments as OJT for 3 months, and then decide the assignment.

Maternity and Childcare Leave
Maternity Leave... You can take 6 weeks before delivery and 8 weeks after delivery.
Childcare Leave... You can take it until your child is 1 year old. It can be extended to 2 years depending on the circumstances.

Contracted Recreational Facilities
There is a resort condominium (Maiko Ski Resort in Niigata Prefecture), and we are members of Exiv (Karuizawa and others).

Long Service Awards
Every 5 years after 10 years of service, employees receive a long service award, which comes with a commemorative gift and a holiday.

Self-improvement Support
We subsidize the cost of acquiring foreign languages and other qualifications.

We observe the flow of all departments as an On-the-Job Training (OJT) during the new graduate training for 3 months, and then we determine the assignment based on the confirmation of the individual's intention.
